These terms apply when you use Seeded (playseeded.com). By signing in or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What Seeded is
Seeded is a free game. You pick tennis players for a tournament and score points from their real results. There are no entry fees, no payments and no prizes run by Seeded.
No gambling
Seeded must not be used for betting or for any pool where people pay to enter or win money, goods or other prizes of value. Do not organise or promote that through the site. We may remove pools and accounts that do.
Your account
- You sign in with your email address. Keep your inbox secure, because anyone who can open your sign-in link can use your account.
- Give us a real email address that you control. One person, one account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
What you must not do
- Use names, pool titles or messages that are hateful, harassing, illegal or that impersonate someone else.
- Try to break, overload or probe the site, scrape it at a harmful rate, or get around limits or the pick lock.
- Create accounts to cheat in a pool, for example to see other teams or to enter twice.
Pools and scoring
The pool owner sets the rules the site allows, such as how many players each entry picks and when picks lock. The scoring method is described on the How it works page. Scores come from third-party data and can be late, wrong or changed. Administrators may correct a result, and a correction is final. Standings, ties and withdrawals are decided by the rules on the site, not by negotiation.
Removal
We may edit, hide or remove a pool, a name or an account, and may block sign-in, if we think these terms are broken or if it is needed to keep the site running safely. The site may also change, pause or stop at any time.
Tennis names and trademarks
Seeded is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the ATP, the WTA, the Grand Slam boards, any tournament or any player. Their names are used only to say which event or player is meant. Those names and marks belong to their owners.
Your content
You keep ownership of the team names, pool names and other things you write. You allow us to store and show them on the site so it can work, including to other members of your pools.
No guarantees and limits on liability
Seeded is provided “as is”, free of charge, without promises that it will always be available, accurate or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that arise from using the site or from errors, outages or incorrect scores. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we change the terms we will update the date above, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new version. Questions: jabrillek@gmail.com.
